Refund Policy


Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular platform (e.g., Apple Store or Google Play Terms and Conditions), all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe that V1 Sports (V1) has charged you in error, you must contact V1 within 30 days of such charge. If you are not satisfied with your V1 subscription, you must also contact V1 within 30 days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than 30 days old, unless otherwise required by law. After 30 days, your purchase is final and any cancellation will take effect after your subscription term expires. V1 reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion. If V1 issues a refund or credit, it is under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. For each refund issued that is not due to V1's error, a processing fee of 5% of the total transaction amount will be charged by V1. This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.


Subject to the terms hereof, you may choose to renew your subscription at the end of the subscription period. By default, all subscriptions are set to automatically renew for the same period of time as the original subscription. You may decline to renew at any time prior to the commencement of a renewal subscription. V1 reserves the right to deny subscriptions, renewals, and other purchases for any reason.
